Delivery Charges
Delivery charges will vary, depending on your location and order quantity. Your delivery charge will be stated clearly on your order confirmation.

Delivery Times
The lead/delivery times on orders can be up to 5-10 working days from confirmation of order / clearance of payment. You will be advised of your date of despatch by e-mail.
Delivery Receipts
All deliveries must be signed for on receipt and we ask that you sign and print your name clearly, therefore in the unlikely event of any discrepancies we will have a contact name on site.
Delivery Errors
Upon receipt of your delivery, we ask that you carefully check your order against your delivery sheet before signing for it. Should any discrepancies be noticed upon delivery, the delivery sheet must be plainly and clearly marked and signed by yourself and the delivery driver before he leaves the site, as mistakes cannot be rectified at a later date.
Site Access
Due to the size of our delivery vehicles, we would politely ask that access be made available to the site on the day of delivery. Should this not be possible, please advise us when placing your order.
